Thank you, Mrs. Terri, Esther, Cindy, Bailey & everyone in housekeeping, Gage, and Jay. You all made my work trip perfect! Everything about this stay was amazing. This hotel is a hidden gem. I took a staycation from the Huntsville/Decatur area to handle Zoom call interviews, etc. It was quiet, immaculately clean, comfy, well-air conditioned, beautiful (amazing outdoor area with flowers, a pergola, and hummingbird feeders)—and it’s an ideal place to do business, relax, have a wedding, etc. AND unlike many (even nice) hotels these days, there is zero smoke or marijuana smell, and that was so refreshing. Instead everything smelled so clean and cared for with love and the utmost professionalism. One of the most professional and friendly staffs—and a great breakfast and a bonus of not only coffee 24/7 but lemon-infused ice water and delicious SWEET TEA in their spacious lobby area! I will definitely be a repeat guest. God bless you all and thank you for everything!

King suite was clean, furniture was comfortable and looked new, lots bed was uber comfortable, had loads of plugs, charging ports, lamps, reading lights, also had fan in bathroom. Staff was very conscientious and the whole place was well kept.

Very clean and comfortable. Near the Unclaimed baggage store that was the place I wanted to go in Scottboro.

Everything was perfect. The computers were down but check in was easy and the lady behind the counter was very nice despite having a difficult night. Very professional... I would recommend this place to anyone. I had a great night of much needed sleep. Thanks so much.

I loved the friendly staff. Ms Terry was very helpful with local locations and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed at check in, Breakfast was great and service was too. with friendly staff

Very pleased with this Comfort Inn. Location was great with clean rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was probably the best continental breakfast of any hotel we have ever stayed at.

Easy check in & out. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was awesome The children enjoyed the pool. We stay here every October for the bq cook-off and festival in scottsboro.

Employees were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the locale, overheard front desk clerk answering lots of questions about surrounding area happily. Hot water always when needed, facilities were nice for a two day stay. Pool area looked very clean and fun, although we didn't use it.
